Carlos Daniel Hermosillo Reséndiz

Carlos is a Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, with a postgraduate degree in obligations and contracts, with extensive experience in the areas of government contracting, administrative litigation and amparo. Carlos has stood out as an advisor in corporate matters and in business consulting.

He began his professional career at “Baker & McKenzie Abogados, S.C.”, and later founded the firm “Ramos & Hermosillo Abogados, S.C.” in Guadalajara, a firm that stood out for displaying a comprehensive vision of legal practice.

Carlos currently serves as founding partner and general director of the firm “Hermosillo Reséndiz Abogados, S.C.”, a highly specialized firm committed to providing innovative legal solutions and strategic advice with a corporate and business vision.

 

Diego Dueñas Abascal

Diego is a Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, with a postgraduate degree in obligations and contracts from the same law school. He also studied Western institutions at the University of Notre Dame. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, government contracting and regulatory law.

He has worked as a lawyer in firms such as Deloitte and Ramos & Hermosillo, standing out as an advisor in corporate and compliance matters, and has also participated as a speaker in anti-corruption and regulatory compliance forums.

Since 2019, Diego has worked as an associate at “Hermosillo Reséndiz Abogados, S.C.”, a highly specialized firm committed to providing innovative legal solutions and strategic advice with a corporate and business vision.

Lizbeth Nattalie Maciel Plascencia

Lisbeth graduated in Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus (2018), entitled by thesis modality: “The Effective and Mandatory Implementation of Independent Directors in Mexican Corporations”.

She began her professional experience at the firm “Ramos & Hermosillo Abogados, S.C.” (February 2016 – August 2019), with practice in corporate matters and business consulting. As of 2019, Nattalie joined the firm “Hermosillo Reséndiz Abogados, S.C.”.

Nattalie has participated in different diploma courses and courses on corporate matters, corporate compliance, and energy, by the National Association of Business Lawyers, by the Universidad Panamericana, by the Energy Regulatory Commission, among others.

Currently, Nattalie is an associate of the firm “Hermosillo Reséndiz Abogados, S.C.”, and specializes in corporate matters, compliance, corporate governance, business consulting and trusts.

José Trinidad Murillo Reyes

Trino has a Degree in International Relations from ITESM, holds an MA in Political Sciences from the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and an MA in European and International Studies from the Institute of European Studies in Paris. Trino has extensive experience as a consultant in public affairs, where he has stood out in political and institutional monitoring and in the analysis and study of political contexts and situations.

He began his professional career in the Delegation of Mexico before the OCDE (Organization for the Economic Co-operation and Development) and during his stay in France he worked for international organizations such as the “Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD (TUAC)”, the think tank “EuropaNova” and as an external consultant for the “Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung” and the “International Trade Union Confederation”. Upon his return to Mexico, he worked as a legislative consultant at Legix Monitoreo S.A. de C.V. in the development and execution of positioning strategies before political and governmental actors.

Guided by results-based work, Trino is currently a partner specializing in public affairs at Hermosillo Reséndiz Abogados, where he oversees designing follow-up, connection and support strategies between clients and key actors in the public sector.

Regina Sánchez Fernández

Regina graduated in Pedagogy and Educational Innovation from the Universidad Panamericana. She has a Diploma in Human Capital Effectiveness from the same institution.

During the last years, Regina has worked in the Educational Development and Human Capital Effectiveness Area.

In her work experience, she has coordinated and directed various Design, Planning and Strategic Support projects in various Organizations.

Additionally, she supports our Firm in the organizational and human fields, in the process of creating and implementing Family Protocol and Corporate Governance for our clients.
